What you'll do Overview In the Analyst – IT PMO role, you will be the lead administrator for Wendy’s PMO applications, including Planview PPM Pro, LeanKit, and Jira. Beyond general administration, you will be expected over time to become a subject matter expert in the PMO tooling including configuration management, reporting and dashboards, and end user experience. Specific Responsibilities IncludeSupports Wendy’s PPM software using IT best practices, including:• General Application Administration (user management, etc.)• Vendor Release Management• Backlog Tracking• Vendor Support Escalations• Reporting & Dashboards Support cross-functional partners in planning including budgeting and resource capacity planning.Facilitate execution of projects preferably using Wendy’s approved project frameworks. Become versed and participate in team processes including portfolio planning, financial processes, documentation creation, and policy generation & enforcement.
