Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:

· Complies with food safety regulations

· Works with Management Team to meet sales goals

· Manages food and labor costs

· Manages and maintains safe working conditions

· Manages crew members

· Interviews crew members for hiring

· Provides proper training for crew members

· Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest.

Requirements

1 to 2 years minimum food service management experience required.
