Customer Care Advocate - Bilingual Spanish

What you'll do



As a Customer Care Advocate, you will represent the Wendy’s brand by providing an exceptional experience to our customers by supporting the day-to-day operations within the Customer Care Center. As a member of our bilingual team, you will be the direct link between Wendy's and our domestic and international customers. You will provide support for service or product concerns relevant to customer experience throughout our operations in North and Latin America. Candidates must be a native Spanish speaker and have strong writing and reading skills in both Spanish and English. Individuals must be sociable and capable of providing professional and clear answers to customers’ concerns and requests. You must exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving all customer related concerns and issues.

The Wendy’s Customer Care Center is located at Wendy’s Company Headquarters in Dublin, Ohio and operates 7 days a week from 8AM to Midnight. Night and weekend availability is required. Competitive wages and benefits available for qualified full-time candidates.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • In both Spanish and English, effectively documents product or service problems in a timely manner by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and executing the best solution to resolve the problems which includes engaging company or franchise operators.
  • Properly address customer issues using the CRM tool with an Omnichannel approach.
  • Efficiently process customer data that is utilized to support field teams for both company and franchise operations.
  • Meet established departmental metrics and service level goals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Wendy's domestic and international operations, products, promotions, and services offered to our customers.

What we expect from you


  • Associate's Degree or  1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Customer service focused with experience in problem solving and decision making, the ability to maintain composure, and communicate with customers with empathy and compassion
  • Exhibits well-developed verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills, a general knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs and demonstrate proficient skill at multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to contribute as part of a team
