What you'll do Overview Responsible for the overall work streams required to build and deliver a pipeline of new restaurants in support of the development objectives for a territory. Execution of corporate development programs to assists franchisees to grow their footprints. Responsible for site selection, Lease negotiations, and generation of CapCom Committee approval submissions. Author and execute the market planning market planning in conjunction with the Strategic Development and Analysis team. Engaged in the development community and effectively networking with brokers, landlords, developers and others. Attends regional ICSC shows, CFA's as needed and many other networking activities to establish and maintain Wendy’s as a leading option for new store opportunities. Specific Responsibilities Include: Directs all DMA Market Planning activity on an on-going basis Procures new restaurant sites for Corporate and Franchise on an on-going basis Directs the flow of real estate transactions by coordinating the efforts of others (Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Coordinator, Legal, Field Engineering., Operations, Franchise Development). Procures replacement sites for underperforming restaurants as identified in DMA Market Plans.
