What you'll do Overview Leads the discovery, design, development and implimentation of new and modified systems and processes that simplify operations and improve overall operational performance and restaurant economics. Provides operational expertise and works cross-functionaly across Development, Equipment Engineering, QSCC, Restaurant Technology, Risk, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Culinary to identify opportunities, develop, and impliment solutions. This is an operations role, which is part of our Restaurant Services organization, and reports directly to the VP of Restaurant Services. Specific Responsibilities Include Leads Restaurant Services and Field Operations teams in the discovery and definition of new operating model strategies designed to improve restaurant capability to consistently execute and create great restaurant experiences while improving profitability. Refines and continually improves existing operating model systems, processes and procedures including restaurant labor optimization, overall customer experience and equipment/facility related initiatives. Prioritizes initiatives and leads project work related to operations simplification and operating model innovation. Provides on-going leadership and engagement cross functionally and with field operations, franchise partners and SLT on operating model initiatives.
