What you'll do

schedule shifts-coordinate shifts to ensure you have enough staff to ensure there is enough members of the team working to cover all shift

assign and oversee duties to make sure all tasks are completed to the appropriate standard opening and closing time

health and safety are a high priority in food preparation ,managers are responsible for supervising this area and checking that all food safety policy and procedures are followed

managing budgets,food cost ,labor,inventory,scheduling is all part of the role

so having a talent for business helps

you must be able to motivate people and set a good example

managers are responsible for dealing with any customer complaints or personnel issues,so the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions is valuable

the customer service role requires the ability to remain polite,courteous,and professional at all times
