All candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, have high energy, a positive attitude and a desire to be part of something GREAT!We are looking for people who have a passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service to their customers. What we expect from you General Manager Criteria: MUST have a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant Manager Experience; Wendy’s or other quick service restaurant experience required. *Must have experience with: * • Food Ordering System • Managing a Team • Reading P&L statements • Scheduling • Training and Development * Must be highly motivated. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. • Must work well with a team.
