What you'll do General Managers are the heart of the restaurant, creating an environment where customers and employees are treated with respect in a safe, clean and fun environment. They establish business objectives, communicate the vision, and lead a team of managers and hourly employees to achieve success. They are always looking to add talent to the team and provide coaching to further develop those already on the team. They regularly monitor financial and operational results in order to make adjustments where needed. They understand the company values and ensure those values are being upheld every day.
