What you'll do Position OverviewThe Systems Analyst Intern in the Information Technology Department will gain exposure to, learn from, and have the opportunity to work with professionals within IT and the Business. You will be expected to exhibit initiative and creative problem solving in pursuit of your assigned goals and tasks. Responsibilities: The areas of focus for the internship include but are not limited to: Exposure to our restaurant technology software stack. The projects you will have the opportunity to work on will span multiple functional areas of the CompanyParticipate in requirements gathering, analysis and design, documentation, writing test scripts and other specific duties required for each individual project. The projects you will work on will follow the SDLC methodology.You will work with an experienced supervisor and team of industry leading professionals who are eager to provide guidance and help you grow your career and skill setGather project requirements by working directly with the Business for new projectsData mining and analysisAssist staff with testing and quality efforts by assisting with testing, test case writing and testing documentationParticipate in small projects and workshops geared towards educational and career developmentOther duties as assignedYour 12-14 weeks with us will be unique and personalized based not only on our business needs, but also on your personal interests & development goals. Our internship opportunities are based out of our Dublin, Ohio Restaurant Support Center (headquarters) but this internship is eligible for remote work. Relocation is not required; however, the Company reserves the right to review all flexible work arrangements on a semi-annual basis.
