What you'll do Overview Wendy's Instructional Designer Intern will work with the training team to understand our target audience, build well-developed solutions to support our field operation teams. Specific Responsibilities IncludeNew product training, crew and manager training, eLearning and training aid development.This role reports directly to the Manager of Training Program Design for US Field Operations Training. You will gain exposure to, learn from, and have the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals within and outside of the Training Department.As a Wendy’s intern, you will be involved in key initiatives driving our business and the function forwardYou will be expected to not just work under the instruction of your manager, but to exhibit initiative and creative problem solving in pursuit of your goals and tasks. Additional Information:Our internship opportunities are based out of our Dublin, Ohio Restaurant Support Center (headquarters) but this internship is eligible for remote work. Relocation is not required, however the Company reserves the right to review all flexible work arrangements on a semi-annual basis.
