Shift Managers are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides superior service. They take the lead to solve problems, seek help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to their team. As a Shift Manager you will:

• Open the restaurant on time and rush ready.
• Execute a pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift.
• Execute pre-close and closing activities.
• Manage and maintain register operator cash control.
• Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
• Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality.
• Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts.
• Execute all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines.

• 1 year of restaurant management experience at the Shift Supervisor level
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Self- motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
