You will be focused on engineering and operating the identity and access management tools which will include engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors. You will provide technical expertise and define best practices for cloud-based system and application security during the design and implementation process. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of one or more security/IAM/PAM/CIEM solutions across multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP). Responsibilities Design, implement, and support identity platforms and systems for managing access to all cloud systems across the organization leveraging Azure AD, Active Directory, and PingIDentity services for AuthN/AuthZ, and enterprise IGA/CIEM tools for access provisioning.Involved in the selection, design, implementation, development, testing, and documentation of the modules/functionality in a CIEM solution providing IT and security groups fine-grained control over cloud permissions and full visibility into entitlements.Collaborate with others in the Identity and Security teams as well as with various cloud teams to establish standard operations, new capabilities, as well as provide input on developing access standards and reference frameworks related to cloud Identity & Access Management.Perform as SME for system integration and/or migration to cloud platforms of various new and existing IT and business soltuions from on-prem and/or cloud environments. Review and analyze requirements to design, integrate, test, and implement solutions and migration processes. Create and implement least-privilege-based Cloud IAM solutions to meet other teams' project and access requirements. Implement monitoring of IAM and other security policies utilizing cloud native capabilities, 3rd party tooling, or internally developed scripts and serve as liaison to internal and external auditors, regulators, and internal Security teams during compliance auditing.#LI-Remote
What we expect from you 7+ years of Identity and/or Systems Management5+ years experience in Identity Management related technologies (AD, LDAP, PAM, MFA, etc.)3+ years experience in Cloud IAM in one or more cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle) including an understanding of how IAM supports and enables other security and IT teamsExperience with developing Terraform (or other similar platform) IaC templatesExperience with contributing, reviewing, and approving code deploys as part of an enterprise CI/CD pipelineExperience implementing and managing CIEM solutionsExperience in the following technologies: MS Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Enterprise CA, MS DNS, PingIdentity Solutions, CA PAM, NetIQ Security Administration Suite, CoreSecurity IGA, PowerShell and other scripting technologies, Programming Languages and API Protocols (Java,JaveScript, SOAP, REST, SCIM), Federated Identity (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WSFed), SecZetta NE Profile, Quest RMAD/AA, AWS, Oracle Cloud, GCP, Azure)One or more of the following: AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or other cloud security related certificationsWendy’s was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
