What you'll do Overview Manages the day-to-day pipeline for the production of TV, radio, co-branded partnerships and any other advertising content for Wendy’s. Works closely with Director of Production, the Wendy’s Brand & Connection teams and outside agency partners to create best in class advertising. Specific Responsibilities Include Manages daily workflow on all production related projects Responsible for hitting all agreed upon dates for TV creative development by aligning approvals from internal stakeholders (Brand, Connections & Comms) Responsible for delivering radio production and final spots by gaining approval through the Director and Brand Partners Oversee the development of hype videos, WNAP video content and system marketing comms that involve the production of video assets Works with agency partners to develop content needed for CSC approval Leads all local production needs (hundreds of assets produced in a calendar year) in partnership with the lead from the Brand Activation team Manages/Leads Production meetings & Creative Development for TV content Travels to all live action pre-pro meetings & production shoots Represents Wendy’s during all pre-production development and gains approval on casting, location selects, Commercial Director bids, & Production Company bids. Responsible for delivering streamlined live action productions through partnership with our agency production team Leads Agency Production Resource team consisting of Producers, Talent Negotiators, & Business Affairs Manages legal approval of advertising, production logistics and content distribution Facilitates all legal approvals for any production related content Manages production portions of annual budget, monthly reporting, invoices etc. Responsible for tracking/reconciling Production costs for all content produced under WNAP AD Production Budget Facilitates the appropriate budget approvals for all Production estimates & invoices Quarterly reporting of Ad Production budget to VP, National Marketing & Director, Ad Production Manages production guidelines that follow AICP & SAG-AFTRA recommendations Clears all SAG related contracts for any Wendy’s productions (TV, Partnerships, Social, etc.) Wendy’s is the world's second largest quick-service hamburger company and was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system.
