What you'll do Overview Wendy’s is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the design and development of Wendy’s Digital in Canada. This position will provide thought leadership when it comes to the architecture and development of technology products as well as help prioritize and manage the workload in a fast-paced agile environment. The Technical Delivery Manager will partner with US digital, Canadian business and product leadership to ensure we build low-friction digital solutions that are highly scalable and operate with maximum availability. This role will also collaborate with business analysts and key stakeholders to verify requirements and develop implementation plans. The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee a team that is a combination of on-shore and off-shore resources to drive success. Specific Responsibilities Include: Lead projects using agile methodology to develop POC and production ready solutions Design highly-scalable capabilities surrounding mobile, web, kiosk, and other digital channels using a combination of on-site and remote resources Ensure engineering best practices are followed (unit and functional testing, code reviews, CI, design documentation and review, etc.) Collaborate with business analysts and key stakeholders to help verify requirements and develop an implementation plan Maintain and evolve the microservices architecture to power innovation in each of the digital channels Collaborate with US digital team to identify what features and integrations can be shared across North America Wendy’s is the world's second largest quick-service hamburger company and was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system.
