What you'll do Overview The Wendy’s Company is seeking a Change Management leader to establish our Change Management Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be a focal point for governing, structuring, and implementing sustainable change initiatives through development and use of consistent change tools and processes. You will partner closely with cross-functional project managers, teams, and specialists while supporting and mentoring business stakeholders in change adoption. Specific Responsibilities Include: Change Management lead / team member for major projects: Prepare for change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organization’s change readiness (change impact assessment.) Recommend appropriate timing of that change. Tailor change management plans (training and orientation) to accommodate needs of different stakeholder groups impacted. Perform quantitative and qualitative assessment of change success and change adoption. Solicit feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives. Works cross functionally to define, refine, and execute a change management methodology for the organization. Knows how to tailor methodology to be culturally appropriate for the enterprise and program or project. Create, maintain, and deploy change management tools and training content that facilitates change and promotes commitment to adapt to change Build community of change champions / skilled practitioners across the organization who can support change projects using common toolkit Educates executives and the organization about OCM.
