What you'll do Overview This position encompasses planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that support our Data Management and Analytics initiatives. The candidate is also responsible for managing key vendor partners in support of the Data Management and Analytics function. The position works in alignment with the IT Program Office to ensure strategic, financial and methodology consistency. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her planning and execution activities in support of Data Management and Analytics goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program and project management, Agile as well as vendor management, corporate business concepts and be able to work closely with the corporate departments to understand their strategy and help facilitate technology solutions. Specific Responsibilities Include: Utilizes a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Executes strong troubleshooting skills to research issues, provide solutions and communicate them concisely. Effectively manages assigned programs and projects to deliver intended results. Works with key stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and create cost benefit analyses for assigned technology projects. Project management duties include defining scope, developing and maintaining the work and project plan(s), recommending project team structure, leveraging vendor partnerships, creating and maintaining project estimate(s), managing risks, budget management, resolving issues, and delivering regular status reports. Performs hands-on analysis and support of Data Management and Analytics support performance, project portafolio reviews as well as crossfunctional dependencies on projects and working teams. Takes a leading role in the preparation of the annual budget process and revisions throughout the year. Establishes effective working relationships with business partners and third-party vendors. Participates in SLA definition, reviews invoices and assists in budgeting. Creates a vehicle for 360 communications between vendors, IT and business owners. Works cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented across domestic and international market segments. Provides technical solutions while adhering to IT development standards, the IT Change Control process, SOX controls/requirements, and IT Governance process/roadmap.
