What you'll do Overview Is the “Face” of the Restaurant Support Center to Employees and Visitors alike. Provides RSC visitors with concierge level friendliness and outstanding customer service. Provides outside callers with a similar level of “concierge” service. Supports clerical needs of the Corporate Services Team as needed. Specific Responsibilities Include: Acts as first point of contact and provides support for calls coming into the RSC – Provides a warm and professional welcome Ensures that the Caller gets routed to the proper employee or extension Maintains the Attendant console and report/resolve issues Reviews and forwards after hours voice mails Acts as first point of contact and provides support for RSC Visitors – Provides a warm and professional welcome Assists with registration/badging, directions, points of contact, general questions, etc. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Lobby & Square areas Assists with meeting and event registration as needed Coordinates lobby deliveries (incoming and outgoing) Provides clerical support to the Corporate Services Team – Trains new guards and/or additional employees on front desk protocols Supports company term file management and filing as needed Prepares documents, signs, etc. as needed Maintains corporate services email for ad hoc requests and work orders.
