What you'll do As a Salesforce Developer your responsible for developing and executing system configuration, dashboards, enhancements, integrations to external systems, reporting, and support of our Salesforce CRM system. Be responsible for helping design solutions and owning the engineering, testing, release, and support of applications. You will also provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. The goal will be to drive the automation of processes, develop new applications, and help manage the integrations to our various business systems. While Salesforce will be the main focus, you will need to be willing and able to learn and support various business initiatives that have direct integration with Salesforce and serve as an Admin on the instance overall. As needed, supervise external resources on completion and quality assurance of deliverables related to CRM and Analytics initiatives. Partner with other Salesforce Admins and Product Owners to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions in alignment with business technology strategy and architecture. Develop and maintain end-to-end integrations with our homegrown application, third party applications and sales/customer support tools. Develop and build solutions on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Component Framework, Web Services and API's, Be the key stakeholder for change management and development process. Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend solutions beyond salesforce to meet business needs Provides input and insight into the overall strategic roadmap for assigned products Approves final iteration plan for assigned products.
