What we expect from you To be successful as a Shift Manager, we expect you to:Exhibit leadership and model our valuesBe at least 18 years of agePossess a high school diploma or equivalentHave at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experienceBe able to multi-task while maintaining composure, give and take direction, work well in a team environment, and have a strong service focusHave or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
