What you'll do Overview This position is responsible for creating end to end test plans, execution of the plan, and help in managing all phases of testing to ensure that objectives and expectations for solutions are met. Tests should include functional and automated tests while establishing performance, compatibility, and stability assessments. Individuals in this role should help recommend and maintain common QA practices and tools while mentoring junior members. Specific Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and build test cases for various business applications (which may include ERP, mobile and/or web applications). Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to identify cause and resolution. Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables as well as interact with product and development teams in terms of helping shape efforts with regards to QA requirements. Host and facilitate test plan reviews with cross-functional team members. Develop, document, and maintain functional end-to-end test case and any artifacts relevant to the execution of these tests. Advise and recommend adjustments to QA processes, tools, and standards.
