Sr Analyst – Corporate Technology Services

What you'll do

Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Corporate Technology Services, you will play a critical role supporting corporate infrastructure: corporate patching (SCCM), monitoring, imaging, and job scheduling. This role will partner with a team of engineers, analysts and cross functional project resources to design and implement superior operational processes supporting Wendy’s technology infrastructure emphasizing positive and professional service delivery to all team members. You will support your business owners and stakeholders in understanding their business needs and translating those needs to the technical team.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the execution of processes for governance of purview technology programs/services and managing the program risks and issues, service SLA’s and communications with all stakeholders. Ensures timely delivery of new capabilities and functionality, managing vendor partners and project resources to established budget.
  • Serve as SME on corporate infrastructure services: corporate patching (SCCM), monitoring, imaging and job scheduling, related data and configuration, business processes and integrations. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to identify and document business requirements. Evaluate application capabilities and recommend solutions that meet the business requirements.
  • Work closely with the enterprise help desk on issues related to corporate infrastructure. Has deep knowledge of overall tech stack and architecture, integrations, data flows, data mapping, and frequency. Facilitate troubleshooting and performs root cause analysis, as well as recommend work arounds or solutions. Escalate issues to vendor partners for deeper analysis and resolution.
  • Procurement: Leverages analytical skills to identify and recommend strategies to optimize Technology Hardware/Software spend. Obtains quotes, creates purchase orders and places orders for Corporate Technology hardware/software licensing as needed.
  • Run database queries. Run standard and custom reports from all supported systems. Use analytics to inform configuration and roadmap decisions. Develop and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.

What we expect from you

Education / Experience

  • Bachelors Degree: BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field experience
  • 4+ years working background in various technology disciplines – Private and Public Cloud, Networking, virtualization and containerization, security with PCI and PII, data center infrastructure and storage, monitoring tools, automation and client management tools (SCCM), Altiris, IOT, endpoint devices, mobility and MDM, and service management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits.
  • Experience multitasking across multiple projects and partner with technical teams to achieve milestones leveraging project management disciplines, waterfall, agile, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others. Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams and business leaders in developing and executing plans in alignment with business strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of PC and Server Operating Systems, Hardware, Software and Vendors
