What you'll do Overview The Network services Engineer is responsible for supporting and administering Wendy's data and voice networks. Primary duties will include maintenance of data and voice networks, hardware and software, troubleshooting escalated connectivity issues, vendor and partner coordination, and facilitating telecommunications services operations. The Engineer will work closely with company service providers, third party vendors, and contractors to identify, escalate, and resolve potential issues and problems. This position requires both technical and process management abilities. Specific Responsibilities IncludeProvides third level support for network, security,and voice services.Coordinate on-site/restaurant technical dispatch requests to resolve physical connectivity issues.Assists in the development of processes and training to better support network, security, and voice systems.Supports vendor management & troubleshooting for Managed Service Providers, Help Desks, etc.Calibrates with Managed Services Providers to create, audit, manage standard firewall configurations supporting restaurants.Coordinate processes related to managing restaurant data/voice/alarm circuits.
