What you'll do Overview This role helps develop custom learning solutions that are targeted towards over 200,000 learners across the Wendy’s system. We are looking for learning and development professionals who can help us create state-of-the-art, technology-based solutions that use a blend of eLearning, instructor-led content, and other real-time performance support aids. Specific Responsibilities Include: Partner with internal training team and internal customers (field training and functional leads) to validate needs, target audience, requirements, deliverables, and design methodology. Manage custom learning solution projects, including defining scope, resources and key milestones. Develop web-based training and assessments, web-based training audio/video simulations, storyboards, Job Aids, User Guides, software user manuals, hardware manuals, system documentation, online help, and process flows. Experience developing blended (both instructor-led and technology-based content) learning curriculum within learning management systems Third-party learning and development vendor management.
