What you'll do Overview The Group Manager - Field Technology position plays a critical role in supporting the overall successful execution of the IT strategy at the Division/field level by partnering with Division corporate and Franchise leadership organizations on technology initiatives. This role will lead a team of seven Division Technology Managers to ensure technology initiatives and strategies are communicated, planned, and supported with a high level of success in coordination with DRSC and field resources, as well as serve as a point of escalation. Partners closely with each DVP to support technology related subjects and strategies. Specific Responsibilities Include: Provide direct oversight and leadership contributing to the successful implementation and deployment of key technology programs throughout the system at the field level, including both Company and Franchise locations. Key strategic programs include Digital, Payment, Kiosk, Image Activation remodels, and scanners. Provide field level leadership and communication on technology initiatives and strategy to ensure effective alignment for both Company and Franchise organizations. Act as a point of escalation for Operations leadership with technology field initiatives. Builds effective relationships at the field level with Company and Franchise organizational leaders to promote technology strategies and initiatives. Works with DRSC cross functional leadership to ensure technology initiatives are well planned and communicated at the field level. Works to develop processes/procedures/tools to effectively support field change management and communication on technology related strategies.
