Primarily responsible for governance and oversight activities of Identity and Access Management solutions for globally dispersed business units, personnel and customers. Collaborates with business stakeholders, regulators, auditors, architects, application developers, consultants and vendors to define and operate on-prem and cloud IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise, have appropriate controls built into related processes and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans. The Sr Manager will have accountability for leading 2 multi-disciplinary teams; IAM Engineering and IAM Operations. Responsibilities Lead and direct 2 multi-disciplinary teams whose collective goals are to reduce risk exposure, improve overall user experience, secure digital identities, and mature IAM services across Wendy's in a way which enables digital growth across the business. Represent the IAM organization on large scale technology projects implemented outside IAM, regulatory reviews, and internal and external audits.Collaborate with other technology leaders to enhance standard operations, identify new capabilities, and provide expert level input on developing access standards and reference frameworks related to Identity & Access Management.Plan and execute the enterprise Identity Governance roadmap and evolving the automated provisioning and deprovisioning capabilities in support of digital/cloud transformation, system wide.Manage hiring, career development/planning, resource/budget planning, mentoring and performance discussions while maintaining a diverse and effective workforce.#LI-REMOTE
