In this role, you will supervise a team of analysts, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and efficient problem analysis. You will serve as a SME on payment processes and requirements while ensuring smooth implementations of payment related changes, including both system updates and process improvements. Responsibilities Estate Management:Oversee chain of custody asset tracking and serial number validation processes to maintain accurate and up-to date records of assets across restaurants and geographiesEnsure PCI compliance and adherence to P2PE implementation manual guidelines, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline asset management procedures, reducing discrepancies and improving efficiencySystem Performance & Compliance:Monitor system performance, manage alerts, and promptly respond to system incidents to maintain optimal payment processing operationsConduct performance analysis and log analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential issues, proactively recommending and implementing improvementsLead documentation and reporting efforts, providing clear insights into system performance and compliance metrics to stakeholdersManage upgrade and patch management activities, ensuring timely and seamless system updates to maintain security and complianceHandle escalated in-restaurant support incidents related to transaction and funding variances, reprocessing, new restaurant opening setups, and data requestsFraud Management:Configure fraud detection tools and systems, integrating them with existing systems and databases to bolster the organization's fraud prevention capabilitiesConduct data analysis and incident investigations to identify fraudulent activities and patterns, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and lossesEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of fraud management systems and continuously optimize strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT security and data analytics, to enhance fraud detection and response capabilitiesSystem Configuration:Perform system acceptance and hardware profile configuration, ensuring accurate setup and compatibility with Wendy's payment systemsManage user provisioning and maintenance for managed systems, adhering to Wendy's access control policiesCollaborate with IT and Operations teams to configure and test new systems and enhancements, ensuring seamless rollouts and hardware conversionsSupervisory responsibilities, actively engaging in guiding and supporting team efforts across the above responsibilities in collaboration with direct manager to achieve desired outcomes.
What we expect from you Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experienceAt least 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably in the payments or financial industryPrior experience overseeing system performance, data analysis, and incident investigationExperience overseeing estate management, fraud management, and compliance processesProficiency in system configuration and user provisioning for managed systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve system performance issuesExcellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for escalated incidentsKnowledge of payment processing systems, including familiarity with PCI DSS and P2PE requirements is highly desirablePrevious QSR, retail, or franchise experience preferredThe selected candidate would come into our office in Dublin, OH as needed for testing purposes, but this position can also be performed remotely. #LI-HybridWendy’s was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
