What you'll do Overview Strategic technology executive responsible for the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing operations of Wendy’s Enterprise CRM, Data Management Strategy and the underlying Data Warehouse (SSOT) systems and reporting tools. This position is a member of the senior Technology Leadership Team and reports directly to the CIO. Specific Responsibilities Include 1. Customer Relationship Management – work with executive business partners, internal IT resources and external vendors to design and build Wendy’s next generation CRM system. Ensure High-Quality, Accurate and Complete Customer Data Determine the Needs for Different Customer Information and Insight at Different Customer Life Cycle Stages Create a Single View of the Customer for Operational and Analytical Purposes Leverage Customer Information and Insight in Customer Interactions by Analysis Type and Availability Frequency Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance, Information Security, and others to implement regulatory compliant solutions with appropriate technical security, data protection, and data management controls. 2. Data Warehouse – design, build and operate Wendy’s Universal Customer Data Warehouse. This activity incorporates all dimensions of data warehouse process from: source data analysis, data quality, data model creation and maintenance, standardization, enhancement and reporting. 3. Enterprise Data Model – this activity creates a true enterprise data model by working with the business and IT to define the appropriate business processes and supporting data infrastructure. 4. Business Intelligence – management of the BI environment, delivery of business reporting and creations of self-service and mobile BI services. 5. Executive Reporting and Dashboards – creation, consolidation and maintenance of executive reporting systems. 6. Analytics – the technical analytics team will work with the Financial and Marketing analytic teams to ensure that they have the data and tools to support both their business units and the enterprise. 7. Data Quality Program & Metrics – design, build and operate an enterprise data quality program and the associated metrics.
