We are dedicated to the success of our stores, its managers, and their teams, and provide all the necessary office personnel and tools to ensure that success! All candidates must have at least three years' management experience in the quick service restaurant industry, have high energy, a positive attitude and a desire to be part of something GREAT!We are looking for people who have a passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service to their customers. As a leader and role model, you will set the tone for the fast-paced, fun, family environment in our restaurants.Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.Participates in the achievement of store objectives.Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. Interviews, recommends selection and trains Shift Supervisors and Crew Members in the restaurant.Participates in creating and maintaining a "People Excellence" environment.Must be highly motivated. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent leadership.Must work well with a team.
