The Crew Member is accountable for maintaining a clean, well-groomed professional appearance while providing high-quality customer service to our guests. You will actively listen to customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve their concerns effectively. The Crew Member is also responsible for always maintaining a clean working environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments

• Prepare food and drinks to ensure customer orders are filled accurately

• Assemble customer orders and packaging by following protocols and customer requests

• Collaborate with others to manage take-out, delivery, and mobile orders

• Keep all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety of our guests, fellow Crew Members, and yourself

• Always follow defined procedures: cleaning, food safety, cash, security

• Take initiative to complete various tasks and help others without being asked

• Memorize the menu and make food and drink recommendations to customers

• Maintain the dining room by stocking condiments, discarding trash, and collecting trays

• Required to work various shifts between the hours of 9pm and 7am, as scheduled

• Exposure to high heat and hot oil from fryers and cooking equipment

• Exposure to cold temperatures when using the fridge or freezer

• Exposure to chemicals: required to complete safety training before using
