And so they called us and we were able to pinpoint their location on where they were and then call ahead to the next restaurant at the next exit to let them know that this family would be swinging through to pick up their sandwich that they were missing. It was really seamless for them. They were just able to pull right in and get the sandwich that they needed and hit the road and take off and it made their day so much better.
