What we expect from you At Wendy’s Greenwood, we’re looking for part-time and full-time Crew Members who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Here’s what we expect from our crew members: Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required—we’ll provide all the training you need! Flexibility is essential, as we offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Crew members must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Morning shifts can start as early as 5 AM, while closing shifts may go as late as 1 AM.Dependability begins with arriving at work on time.Consistency is crucial, and we value team members who maintain high standards every day.Be ready to train and work across stations like grill, sandwich, fry, register, drive-thru, and prep, while safely operating kitchen equipment and following food safety guidelines.Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.Prepare and serve food items according to established standards and procedures.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas.Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.Stay proactive by handling multiple tasks efficiently without waiting for direction.Understand what it takes to complete tasks effectively and with excellence.Learn from experience, as well as from those who have experience.Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned.Ability to complete all applicable training programs.Work well in a team environment and adherence to Wendy’s standards and systems for all key Voice of the Customer drivers- taste, accuracy, speed, friendliness, and cleanliness.Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30kg without assistance.Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.Able to handle shifts standing or walking for extended periods and be comfortable with exposure to temperature changes and noise.As a Wendy’s crew member, you’ll prepare and serve great-tasting food in a friendly, welcoming environment while learning valuable skills to advance your career.Please submit your resume and availability to the email below!
