Why Wendy's STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Utilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.RESPONSIBILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS· Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly· Work with your team to help meet service goals· Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant· Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures· Take orders from customers· Provide quality service to all customers· Cross train in different stations · Standing for at least four hours· Repetitive bending and stooping as necessary
