To aid store management in the achievement of store objectives and assist in assigning, directing and  following up on activities of Crew Members while providing quality products and services in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. This position must be able to work and communicate effectively with store management and Crew Members.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

While direct supervision is not assigned to this position, job responsibilities may include providing functional guidance to Crew Members, including assignment delegation, instruction, and follow-through. May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of management, but does not have the authority to hire, discipline or fire employees.

This position is an introductory management position.  Starting wage is $14.50 per hour and includes uniforms, 1 free meal per shift.  There are no "employee benefits" at this level.  We will provide basic supervisory training as per Wendy's guidelines, as well as Food Safety, First Aid and required Occupational Health & Safety certifications, by enrolling you in the required courses.  

Need to have minimum 1 year supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or related industry.
