What we expect from you Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to):HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.Minimum of two (2) years Shift Supervisor or one year Assistant Manager experience required in the restaurant industry (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysValid DL in good standing & access to private transportation requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of cost of goods salesExcellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focusedThe Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.
