What we expect from you Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to):At least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred & possess all documents required by state and federal law.Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysDemonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer focusedThe Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.
