What we expect from you At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Basic understanding of financials, such as labor costs and sales goals.
