Key responsibilities:Customer service: Greeting customers with a smile, taking accurate orders, answering questions, and ensuring friendly interaction.Food preparation: Operating kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, and slicers to prepare food items according to standards.Order fulfillment: Packaging food items correctly and presenting them to customers.Cash handling: Operating the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately.Restaurant maintenance: Keeping the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.Cross-training: Learning and performing duties at multiple stations within the restaurant, such as the front counter, drive-thru, and food prep.Following procedures: Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling practices.
