What we expect from you Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDRestaurant management experience preferredPrevious management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountabilityAbility to manage labor and food costsCreate a customer-first culture and coach employeesAbility to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidaysExcellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc. as neededPhysical Elements: Ability to stand for long periods, Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs.)Experience: Quick service & fast food restaurant: 3 years (Preferred)AGM / GM management: 1 year (Required)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
