This is more than a job — it’s the first step toward becoming an Assistant Manager, General Manager, or even multi-unit leader.• Lead and inspire crew members during your shifts • Deliver a great guest experience through speed, accuracy, and service • Manage shift operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and cash handling • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met • Support the General Manager in hitting operational and financial targets • Train and develop team members to perform at their best

What we expect from you Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred (Wendy’s/QSR background a plus) • Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills • Reliability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights as scheduled
