This role defines and delivers the global Restaurant Services brand experience strategy, ensuring every initiative translates into meaningful, differentiated experiences for guests and restaurant teams across four regions and multiple international markets. It drives critical enterprise priorities—including New Market Readiness, Customer Experience and Hospitality, Operational Standards, and Culinary Operations testing and implementation—by aligning concept intent with flawless operational execution in the field.Success in this role is defined by: • Clear prioritization and sequencing of initiatives • Strong cross-functional alignment and accountability • Consistent execution of brand standards across restaurants • Strong leadership and people management skills

Responsibilities
  • Leads the prioritization and sequencing of brand initiatives tied to guest experiences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational standards. Leads planning, testing, and rollout of programs to deliver consistent and differentiated guest experiences.
  • Strong cross functional partnerships enabling the team to design and integrate new processes, tools, and technologies that support brand execution. Ensures seamless adoption and operational readiness across RSC and field stakeholders.
  • Develops and manages detailed project plans, communication strategies, and operational materials to support successful deployment of international programs. Provides clear guidance and resources to drive engagement and compliance at all levels.
  • Monitors and evaluates implementation effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommends adjustments to enhance guest experience, operational performance, and brand consistency.
  • Develops and implements communication strategies to ensure clarity and transparency across all levels of the organization. Creates and distributes updates, calendars, and progress reports to drive engagement and compliance.
  • Provides leadership to direct reports (5-6), ensuring priorities are aligned with organizational goals. Coaches and develops talent to strengthen capabilities in brand execution and operational excellence.

Pay Range: $126,000.00 - $221,000.00 Annually

What we expect from you

  • Bachelors Degree (Business, restaurant/hospitality management, or a related field) required
  • Project management experience & proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of a project
  • 5+ years of restaurant operations experience including multi-level restaurant supervision
  • Strong business acumen, business maturity, organizing & planning, influence, visioning, constructive conflict skills, and experience with talent development
  • Proven track record of analytical skills and problem solving that drives innovative solutions to complex situations through collaboration with a variety of cross functional stakeholders
  • Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships across the organization
  • Established influencing, consulting, and communication skills; has the ability to influence, engage and motivate people
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
