The Field Technician plays a critical role in supporting the IT and Operations teams within a company owned market (40-50+ restaurants) by ensuring technology repairs are conducted quickly, preventative maintenance is performed regularly, and technology implementations are well executed and efficient. This role will execute daily assigned tasks and report on completion status within a work management system.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work assignments efficiently so that they meet installations and service standards
• Manage technology hardware inventory to ensure all materials needed are available each day
• Report all work completion status and/or escalate to appropriate team for SLA adherence

• Education: Bachelors Degree perferred
• Clean driving record
• 5+ years of technical experience in the desktop, application deployment, configuration management cabling and hardware installation.
• In-depth experience in configuration management of a technology platform (such as servers, networks, storage, applications, or PCs)

  

Expected Work Location (Field): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at Wendy's Restaurants or to other field locations as designated by the Company. When not working at a Wendy's location, you are permitted to work remotely. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
