What you can expect Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Deliver excellent customer service while upholding company standards.Ensure Crew Members and Shift Supervisors complete assigned duties and consistently serve safe, high-quality food in a friendly manner.Monitor and analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs, taking corrective action to achieve margin and sales growth targets.Lead and oversee a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff.Build and develop an effective team through training, coaching, and timely performance feedback.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including receiving shipments and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies.Oversee facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with Wendy’s standards.Follow and enforce proper opening and closing procedures.Maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees.
What we expect from you Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Able to obtain a food handler’s certificate in accordance with state or local requirements. Reliable transportation to and from work. Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards. Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours. Minimum 2 years of quick service/fast food restaurant experience. 2 years of food management experience (preferred). 2 years of drive-thru experience (preferred).RequirementsStrong team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused, with excellent service skills.Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional under pressure or in challenging situations.Detail-oriented with strong verbal, reading, and math skills.Effective communicator who shares ideas, suggestions, and concerns constructively.Demonstrated ability to make timely, sound decisions that meet both guest and business needs.Takes ownership and responsibility for problem-solving and follow-through.Physical Requirements: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.
